On "The Widening Gyre" episode of Haven, Nathan and Dwight try to find a way to bring Duke back from Croatoan's control and try to find and rescue Audrey. Things don't go well, however, and in an odd twist, Dwight locates the house Audrey is being held in, only to find his daughter there.

The "A Matter of Time" episode of Haven saw Nathan trying to get out of the cave in which he and William were trapped. Duke ends up killing Hayley, who's already dying due to getting stuck within a metal fence, at the request of Audrey, to take over Hayley's trouble to bring Nathan back. Meanwhile, Vince and Dwight try to get Dave to see things about Croatoan so that they can be rid of him, but it ends up backfiring with Dave's death.

On the "Close to Home" episode of Haven, Nathan goes into the void thanks to Duke returning with Haley, who has the same trouble as her mother, Barbara, and vows to Audrey to return with what they'll need to end the troubles. Meanwhile, Vince and Dwight devise ways to free Dave from Croatoan's control. Things go awry when a man who could help is killed by Dave through Croatoan and Haley decides not to allow Nathan back because she wants to keep her "powers." Nathan is subsequently trapped after a cave-in, with none other than William.

The "Perditus" episode of Haven saw Nathan, Audrey and Duke get Audrey back by enlisting the troubled sister of the fortune teller, whose trouble allowed her to not only speak to the dead but resurrect them. They brought Charlotte back and tried to figure out how to create another barn to end the troubles. However, things backfired when other resurrected people became zombies. They had to get the trouble reversed, which led to everyone and Charlotte dying again. Before that happened, Charlotte spoke privately with Audrey and then Dwight, assuring the latter that she really loved him. She then died again, in his arms. By the end of the episode, Audrey, Nathan and Dwight came to the newspaper office to face Dave and Vince, revealing that Dave, not Croatoan, was the one who killed Charlotte.

On the "Wild Card" episode of Haven, people with Roman numeral wrist tattoos were dying in mysterious ways. It turned out to be a trouble of a fortune teller. Nathan, Dwight, Audrey and Charlotte also all ended up being marked. All but Charlotte were spared by additional Tarot card readings. Charlotte's final card was "The Lovers," but instead of being reunited with Dwight, she was reunited with her former husband, who had since become the monster Croatoan, and was killed.

The "Enter Sandman" episode of Haven saw Nathan, Charlotte and Dwight trying to save Audrey from a horrible plight of falling the latest victim of the Sandman's trouble. However, instead of merely putting her to sleep, the young man had her trapped in a world all his own in which they were planning a wedding. Charlotte had him put her under as well to save her.

On the episode "The Trial of Nathan Wuornos," a man named Tony insisted on putting Nathan on trial for the "death" of his fiancee, Kira, who went on the journey with him the previous day. Audrey tries to stop it as Tony declares that banishment wouldn't be a good enough punishment if Nathan was found guilty but death would suffice. Dwight and Charlotte go to find Kira and bring her back to the school.

On the "Power" episode of Haven, Dwight tried to instill order while keeping town residents safe at the local high school. Nathan and Charlotte embarked on a mission with three other residents to try and restore power that was lost throughout Haven, while a worried Audrey stayed behind and Duke, who left Haven in guilt, dealt with his own issues.
