You don't need to have a website, but you must be an Edge/Lita shipper and/or Edge and Lita fan.  If you have a website, it doesn't necessarily have to be one dedicated to Edge or Lita, but it absolutely cannot be an anti-Edge or anti-Lita site.  After all, that would pretty much defeat the purpose of joining this fanlisting, right? =)
